CCCCCOMA e.V. (Curational Collective Connecting Concepts of Communication and Art) is a collaboratively run platform for contemporary art founded by Linda Peitz. Their exhibition formats research the possibilities and impossibilities of communication in our time. Starting from a dominant discrepancy between global networking and the growing loneliness of the individual in today’s urban jungle, CCCCCOMA seeks moments of direct communication and intimate exchange.
The collective primarily intervenes in non-art related spaces, developing and realizing projects by closely collaborating with locals and participating artists. The initiative aims at bringing together people from different contexts, reducing fear of contact and establishing a sustainable dialogue between existing urban and social structures, artistic positions and audience.
